Exercise that can stretch out and increase shoulder movements.

To stretch your shoulder capsule, bend one elbow with the hand on the opposite side. Use the other hand to hold the elbow, then breathe in and out. Then switch to the other side.

To stretch side shoulder, bend one elbow and put it on the back of your head, use the other hand to lift it up. Then breathe in and out while pulling your hand down as much as possible. Switch to the other side.

To exercise your shoulders, put your hands together and place them on your chest, then breathe in and out while stretch out your arm to the front with your palms up. Breathe in while moving your arms over your head, straighten your body and arms to maximum reach.

To exercise your shoulder blades, bend your elbows and firm your fists, place them on the side of your body and breathe. Puff your chest and slowly move your elbow backwards. Try to make your shoulder blades closer as much as possible.

To exercise shoulder blades, put your palms together between your chest, then breathe normally. After that, press the palms together while moving them over your head.

Lean on the wall, stand straight up with your side against the wall. Then lift your arm with your palm on the wall and reach as high as possible.

Swing your arms back and forth.
